Freelance Event Sales Manager · UAE & GCC

You already know who books event staff in this region.

Bring them to us, we deliver, and you earn on every booking that client places for a year — without managing a single shift. Commission only, non-exclusive, your own hours.

You can see everything, so there is nothing to argue about

The usual complaint about commission-only work is that you never really know what you are owed. You get your own login and a live dashboard: every client you introduced, every booking they have placed, what it invoiced and exactly what it pays you — with the arithmetic shown, not just the total.

Live, not monthly

Your commission updates as bookings are invoiced and paid. No waiting for a statement to find out where you stand.

Paid on invoice, not profit

Your rate applies to the invoice value, so there is no discussion at month end about what the margin really was.

Your claim is on record

Register a client before you approach them. We confirm within 48 hours that they are not already ours — in writing.

A year from one introduction

Every booking that client places for 12 months earns you commission, whether you were involved in it or not.

What you would earn

Rates are marginal — each band applies only to the slice of revenue inside it, on the first booking of a client you introduced.

First booking of a new clientRate
First AED 50,0005%
AED 50,000 – 200,0003%
AED 200,000 – 500,0002%
Above AED 500,0001.5%

Then 3% of every booking that client places for the next 12 months — whether you are involved in it or not.

What that looks like in practice

A 6,000 staffing bookingAED 300
…that client then books 19 more times in the yearAED 3,420
A 25,000 crew booking for a three-day expoAED 1,250
A 40,000 entertainment bookingAED 2,000

Uncapped and non-exclusive. Paid within 30 days of us collecting from the client, against your invoice.

How it works

1

Register the lead

Name and contact, through the portal, before you approach them.

2

We confirm in 48 hours

That they are not already our client or registered to someone else. In writing.

3

You work it

You have 90 days to land a first booking before the registration lapses.

4

We quote and deliver

Send us the requirement; we shortlist and share it with you as a private link. You get the rate card and co-branded materials.

5

You invoice us

Against a monthly statement listing every qualifying invoice and how it was calculated.

Who this suits

  • You have an existing network in UAE or GCC events, experiential marketing, exhibitions, hospitality or brand activations — people who will take your call today
  • You have sold before and do not need to be taught how to open a conversation
  • You hold a valid UAE freelance permit or your own trade licence, and can invoice us properly
  • You are comfortable with commission-only work and are not looking for a retainer

What we do not offer

Worth being straight about, so nobody wastes a meeting.

  • No base, no retainer, no draw against commission
  • No leads handed to you — inbound enquiries are handled in-house and are not commissionable
  • No expenses, no visa sponsorship, no employment relationship
  • No commission on clients we already work with, which is exactly why lead registration exists

One expectation worth setting plainly: staffing tickets are small, and the money here comes from opening accounts rather than landing one big deal. The people who do well register eight to ten leads a month.

Interested?

No CV needed — though you are welcome to attach one. Tell us which part of the market you know and the kind of clients you would bring. That is what we read.

This is an independent contractor engagement, not employment. Full commission terms are in our Freelance Sales Agent Agreement, which we share before you commit to anything.
